Jordan Wysocki is an associate attorney at Aegis Law Firm specializing in wage and hour class and representative actions, representing employees with claims for misclassification, overtime pay, off-the-clock work, meal and rest period violations, expense reimbursement, and unpaid commissions.
Mr. Wysocki graduated with his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California. During law school, and until earning his license to practice, Mr. Wysocki worked at another well-respected law firm in Orange County, where he advocated for consumer protection and privacy rights through class actions. At Chapman, he earned a Commitment to Service Award for pro bono legal services provided to individuals in Chapman’s Tax Appeals Assistance Program Clinic and served as Vice President of the Information Privacy and Protection Law Society.
Prior to law school, Mr. Wysocki graduated magna cum laude from Maryville University, St. Louis with a B.A. in Sports Business Management, and worked in professional sports and high school athletics.
