Jessica L. Campbell is a Partner at Aegis Law Firm. She specializes in wage and hour class action cases, representing employees with claims for a variety of issues, including exempt misclassification, independent contractor misclassification, overtime pay, off-the-clock work, meal, and rest period violations, bag checks, expense reimbursement, improper time rounding, and unpaid commissions.

Prior to joining Aegis Law Firm, Ms. Campbell worked for a well-known plaintiffs’ class action law firm in Northern California. In her previous position, Ms. Campbell’s work ranged from high-profile wage and hour class actions against multi-billion dollar companies to individual employment cases to nationwide consumer class actions.

Whether representing truck drivers, personal trainers, sales managers, cashiers, store managers, pharmacists, ambulance dispatchers, or any other type of worker, Ms. Campbell has dedicated her practice to achieving wide-scale justice for the employees of many of the largest companies in the country.

Ms. Campbell is a member of the California State Bar’s Labor and Employment Section and admitted to practice in California state and federal courts. Ms. Campbell received her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law where she served as President of the Labor & Employment Law Society and represented individual employees at California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement hearings. She received a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric and Legal Studies from the University of California at Berkeley.
