Mr. Christopher Harvey is a law clerk specializing in wage and hour class and representative actions under California and federal law.
Mr. Harvey graduated with his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. In law school, Mr. Harvey worked on employment matters with the California Department of Fair Employment as well as the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles. Additionally, Mr. Harvey volunteered with Legal Aid at Work, a nonprofit legal services organization that assists low-income workers. Mr. Harvey also externed for the Honorable William W. Bedsworth in the California Court of Appeal and worked on antitrust matters with the Illinois Attorney General’s Office as a Janet D. Steiger Fellow.
Prior to law school, Mr. Harvey graduated from New York University with an honors history degree and economics minor. Mr. Harvey was awarded the Count Lorenzo Attolico di Adelfia Research Scholar Award for his history thesis.
When Mr. Harvey is out of the office, he enjoys watching the English Premier League and playing with his adopted cats.
