Ana De La Torre

Ana De La Torre devotes her practice to representing individual employees against both small and large companies.  She began her career by defending companies, and now represents employees exclusively, in a variety of cases involving wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, as well as wage and hour violations.

Prior to joining Aegis, Ana worked at another employment law firm for 14 years, representing employees on all types of legal claims, including workers' compensation.  Prior to that, Ana defended both small and large companies at the Law Offices of Collins & Bellenghi, LLP.  Throughout the years, Ana has been able to successfully settle numerous cases on behalf of her clients.

She received a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science at the University of California, Los Angeles. At UCLA, Ana served as the President of the University Cooperative Housing Association, an organization dedicated to providing housing to low-income students.  In addition, Ana spent a semester working for Senator Dianne Feinstein, in Washington D.C.

Ana received her law degree from Loyola Law School.  While she was a law student at Loyola, Ana served as the President of La Raza Law Students Association.   She also did an internship at Hadsell & Stormer, a well-known civil rights law firm and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

Ana is bilingual and is fluent in Spanish.  She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Hispanic Bar Association of Orange County.  Ana has two young daughters that also keep her busy and she enjoys spending her free time exercising, reading and traveling.
