KASHIF HAQUE
Kashif Haque is one of the founding attorneys of Aegis Law Firm. Prior to forming Aegis Law Firm, Mr. Haque was formerly associated with the law firm of Schwartz, Herman & Davidson LLP in St. Louis, Missouri, and most recently as a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions group with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in downtown Los Angeles. Mr. Haque received his B.S.B.A. in Accounting from the Harmon College of Business at Central Missouri State University and received his Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis.
Through the years, Mr. Haque has played key roles in numerous mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring transactions of companies ranging in value from several million dollars to several billion dollars. In addition to corporate life changing transactions, Mr. Haque has counseled companies through formation, employment issues, contracts, various agreements, bankruptcy, acquisitions and sales. Through his experience, Mr. Haque has gained intimate knowledge of not only the legal issues effecting corporations today, but gained expertise in accounting, taxation and business consulting.
Mr. Haque serves as a member of the board of directors and general counsel to several corporations and has represented companies in various industries including airline, apparel, banking, construction, distribution, energy, entertainment, manufacturing, real estate, retail, and security.

SAMUEL A. WONG
Sam Wong is one of the founding attorneys of Aegis Law Firm. Prior to forming Aegis Law Firm he worked at the California Court of Appeals (4th appellate district) and as an Associate at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (ranked #1 Employment Law practice by Vault, Inc. and Chambers USA.) in Los Angeles, where he concentrated his practice on labor and employment matters. Mr. Wong is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Mr. Wong’s core practice areas include employment law and general civil litigation. He has served as counsel in a broad variety of industries and areas of employment practice, including wage and hour compliance, discrimination, harassment, executive compensation, general counseling and class action litigation. His clients include private companies, entrepreneurs and individual plaintiffs.
Among Mr. Wong's varied engagements, he has served as counsel in highly publicized and complex employment litigation matters in the airline, computer, retail sales, delivery services, education, and sports industries. Such matters include, the defense of a Fortune Five company against a class action lawsuit alleging sex discrimination, the counseling of one of Southern California’s premier educational institutions against claims of race and age discrimination, and the handling of a lawsuit in which one of the nation’s largest computer software manufacturers was accused of violating federal and state overtime laws.
